Anyone else need a fan, or some white noise to sleep?

I can’t sleep without some kind of steady noise in the background. If I fall asleep, and a car drives by, I’ll wake up. I’m a light sleeper.

I used to love taking naps in the warm months with a nice breeze coming through the window, until the loud ass kids across the street moved in and play outside loud as fukk.

What kind of white noise machine is good? I don’t want to leave an app running all night.

i cant fall asleep with my room silent and my laptop fan making noise tho, plenty of times ive fallen asleep with youtube on , a few times ive woken up to drink champs stil on
