I hear this often from ppl but dandruff has absolutely nada to do with lack of hygiene bruh.

and it also has nothing to do with lack of "moisture"....I often here people mention that more than anything.

"If you'd just grease ya sh1t everything would be alright" really tho? grease stops the natural shedding of skin?

Dandruff is not the same as ashiness/dryness

:beli:

I read that dandruff is caused by some sort of fungus. Try apple cider vinegar. Soak your beard with it for about 10 minutes and then rinse (repeat for a few days). The vinegar should help kill the fungus. I've tried this on my scalp and have seen some improvement. Rubbing coconut oil and tea tree oil on your beard may also help.

They see me trolling, they hating.....
Again, saying that dandruff is due to lack of hygiene is equivalent to saying that Eczema is due to lack of hygiene.

ALL SKIN SHEDS
whether u have dandruff or not, Humans/Mammals are descendant from reptiles....shedding of skin is one of the many traits we still share in common with them. Unfortunately for folks such as myself it seems to shed at a more excessive rate than normal.

The natural shedding of skin cells is not "Ash"

I washed my face with head n shoulders shampoo this morning and used cocoa butter lotion afterwards.

Now its almost 6 o clock and I'm starting to see flakes again.

But this is a hiphop forum filled with :mjpls: so I'm not expecting anyone here to think objectively :ehh:

Dandruff = excessive shedding of the skin caused by some fungus (that is found on everyone's skin). I'm not even sure what triggers it if everyone has the same damn fungus and oils on their skin tho.

I'm looking for a permanent solution for this. I'm assuming there must be one because I never had dandruff on my face before I started growing facial hair.

Some cac woman got the same sh1t
