The area the school is in is being renovated/gentrified. The FDMG school location before Umar bought it was supposed to be torn down to make way for the process. And the city hasn't been in contact with umar since he purchased it.

More than likely the property address will be listed very soon on there.

Lights haven't been turned on.
Electric and water and utilities ain't working.
School is still in hazardous condition.

Yes his credibility would be shot but he'd be out of personal debt. Why didn't he set up a LLC to cover himself from personal responsibility and to better hide his business from YouTubers?

Clout is the devil, he never filed a C&D against any YouTuber his interview on the breakfast club is still up. I'm surprised they didn't take it down

I can't see any other reason. Compare the difference between how he moves and every other hotep hustler moved. They either lowed the hotep talk like Jay Morrison or stayed in hotep spaces like polite did.

Tariq would never go out like this he would've shut down all the social media memes and cut ties as soon as it was unsuccessful and changed the subject.

It's clout and drugs that's the only thing that makes sense. Nobody really rolls with him so there's nobody to tell him to stop going live or put the crack pipe down.

Failure to plan is planning to fail.

As I said before this was always a scam, even if Umar had good intentions.

A budget document is the cornerstone of a successful project. And he never produced a budget.

And why didn’t he produce a budget?

Because then he would have been forced to be honest about how much money this school was going to cost to purchase, repair, maintain and staff.

Selling dreams and funneling away money from real Black enterprises seems to be the hallmark of hotepery.
