i remember this, it was around the Curtis era. 50 also put in his place by Louis Farrakhan. he basically called him a sellout, because how much shyt he took from Jimmy Iovine & Interscope. here's a website and a interview about 50 and why he was getting blackballed. i suggest people to read the full thing since it's pretty interesting and it will have you scratching your head about the stuff that's happening even today.

The Farrakhan and Master P factor
The Honorable Minister Farrakhan spoke out on the negative stereotypes portrayed by media for blacks on BET and specifically called out 50 Cent by claiming he was a good brother but he was being told to do and ran by devils at Interscope:
50 Cent, My brother is rich because he’s helping Satan to keep you where you are, He don’t know that, He’s a good person and high. He lived a rough life where he was shot 9 times, But the offer that he got, He must be doing something right for satan but something wrong for your people. He’s already made you rich but he’s planning to take something from you
Master P responded to 50 Cent’s poke shots in a very powerful letter:
There are four things that differentiate me from artists like Curtis Jackson. One, I can honestly admit that I was once part of the problem.
Two, I don’t want my son to grow up and be like me. I want him to be better and do better – and that is why he is taking the time to pursue a college degree.
Three, money don’t make me, I make money. My goal is to educate our people in building generational wealth and knowing how important it is to own real estate.
Four, I’m a TRUE entrepreneur; my boss is God not Jimmy Iovine. From one brother to another, if you misunderstand my purpose you could always pick up the phone or talk to me in person. I’m trying to be part of the solution not the problem. The media thrive on entertaining, especially the negativity no matter what the cost. I’m praying for the brothers that are lost out there.
Master P’s letter and intelligence got the best of 50 Cent. 50 when he was hosting Rap City for the week promoting his Curtis album invited P to the show and two of the brothers talked everything out. Alot of the things P was saying was truthful and at times made it like he was actually SCHOOLING 50. 50 humbled himself and shook Master P’s hand afterwards.

man, the evidence been destroyed like shyt but I definitely remember this. P was taking Fif to school. I remember at one point P was on a tangent about all the nikkas in his circle that got locked up or killed and how it made him change his course but his tone was so :demonic:

This and when Yayo was talking shyt about Wu and 50 was like :whoa: where the only times Ive ever seen 50 come off somewhat shook.

50's first tour was opening for master p. That interview was back when 50 was extremely arrogant.

With that being said that was also during the time when Master P turned into "percy" and went on a cursade against "street rap" criticizing the same music that he did and made him rich. He was salty becuse his OWN arrogance broke up a good thing he had with NL and he was looking for a new avenue.

In my opinion master p was more in the wrong because he was dissing a lot of rappers back then and denouncing gangsta rap.

That what I roll my eyes when so many dudes on here gave him props for his breakfast club interview. He aint had a hit in 16 years and doesnt know how to gracefully bow out the game, like last year dissing kobe for lamar problems. At this point P is no different than a kardashian, a straight attention whore...

Its amazing how a video that was shown to the world could just disappear off the entire internet.

You'd be surprised at some of the stuff that's disappeared over the past 20 years.

Some of the websites are still around from back in the day but you'll have little luck trying to get shyt off of them other than pictures & alleged tracklists

I remember him telling 50 "You remember my cousin Hot Boy from the tour, he got killed so its real". 50 was basically agreeing with everything P said. I thought 50 would try to get slick with him at the time.

Lol yall really hate this nikka. Why would 50 be disrespectful to P in that interview? P wasn't disrespectful and came at him like a grown man 50 responded in kind. P somewhat put 50 on and 50 had no beef with him. Lol yall so used to 50 bullying nikkas when he acts like a normal person his age yall say he took a L.
