I have it every morning. Mix it with ice cold water and a tablespoon of honey. It tastes very good that way.

Whenever I have a desire for fruit juice and I'd rather avoid the calories, I have that instead.

What are the supposed health benefits of it? I'm curious. I've always heard of people taking it as a panacea of sorts, but I've never heard of any concrete reason why. :ld:


edit: read another post earlier describing some benefits. Has anyone here experienced these benefits. Regardless, I think I'll buy some this weekend and add it to my diet for a few. See if anything changes.

Do you need the BRAGG brand?
Has to have the "mother" in it.

It's the brand I use, been using it 7 days a week for a month and a half now biggest and only benefit I've seen is that I rarely get gassy anymore

I take a 8oz cup of hot water from the sink and put a table spoon

Doesn't touch my teeth and the bottle says 1-2 table spoons 3 times a day. All I drink is a gulp

I can't say if this specifically has had any affect because I workout, eat healthy and take supps so I can't say this has done anything over any of the other shyt but I know a lot of women that swear by it if that means anything :yeshrug:

I have stomach issues and it's kinda helped with that, I've been on it 3 months now, everyday first thing in the morning cup of hot water from the sink + 1 tablespoon, the taste isn't that bad.

The GOAT recipe is:

4oz cup of boiling water. Take a teaspoon of honey, add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, turmic & cinnamon. Stir it all up and drink


Imo I think it's one of those things that helps better when combined with diet and exercise, I'm gonna continue using it tho

I got mine at Target. You can use the above link to see if your Target has it in stock. It is in the baking section Section G19. It is one of those things that you can miss if you don't look for it.

I used a bit more water and I used maple syrup instead of honey. Not bad. :ehh: Weird how you can't taste any sweetness from the maple syrup. I am going to try it with ice water next.
