thanks...and hmm...that's probably true since it's acid lol...but a lot of people dilute it w/ water and/or juice so that probably helps

Using it as a mouth rinse you have to dilute it (or at least it's extremely recommended to do so)

and I don't think it's suggested using it as a mouth wash for more than like 2 weeks because of how acidic it is. it's only for short term use I think - but its supposed to make your teeth really white

def good points...but i dont use it as a mouth rinse....i drink it as is...non diluted

for a mouth rinse i use peroxide

ACV helps with stomach aches for me also.

you'd wanna check but i think its ok for long term use...like a supplement/vitamin ...it's never harmed me and i've used it regularly for years

I just drank 2 tbsp of it and 1 tbsp of honey in a cup and the rest of the cup was filled with water.

Kinda at first, but . The benefits negate the taste.

I take ACV in pill form (it's in this complex)

Not sure how well it works, I don't even take it every day. but it's cheap enough I saw no reason not to try it - and it's not like I've gained any weight

I heard ACV + water is a great mouth rinse especially for whitening teeth. you can google the formula. I'm probably going to try it at some point, I'm just hesitant to buy a jug of ACV liquid because of the taste
