This is the worst. People will literally go out of their way to run you off the road, even if you're just minding your business. It's kind of eye opening really, to realize how many psychotic people there are out here.

I was planning on getting a bike in Jan after the 2017 models go on sale and also taking a class on how to ride but after reading your shyt.....

Got t-boned by an old lady driving a mercedes out in Napa, while going to work one morning. Was going at about 45mph at the time. Didn't have a license or insurance so I was only able to get a minimal amount from her insurance company. Was laid up for four months and had to learn how to walk all over again. Broke both my ankles, femur, and got a bunch of rods in my left leg along with a plastic knee cap. Can only bend my leg about halfway, and my left ankle no longer can go past neutral. Got a daughter now, and my wife promised my mom before she passed that she'd never let me buy another one. This cold weather has my leg in a lot of pain right now even as I type this.
That's a sad story. Im sorry to here that breh.

I just lost one of my best friends in a motorcycle accident the other night
we had been playing phone tag the 24 hours leading up to it and I'm pretty sure I was the last person to talk to him
dude overcame alcoholism, addiction, lupus, and diabetes to live a prosperous, happy, and healthy life just to lose it fukking around riding a damn motorcycle
personally, I think riding around at those type of speeds amongst 2 ton hunks of metal with no protection yourself isn't a good look
I'd see it in the military all the time, dudes get back from deployment and making a lot of money and one of the first things they do is get a bike, and a lot of 'em end up dying out there after making it back in one piece from a war zone.
OP I don't know if you've gotten a bike yet but I wouldn't recommend it
