When googling a tech issue, you may have to break down the question into smaller sets of questions.
As you can read in her first post, she had to first find out it was a limitation. THEN go from there and solve each issue step by step.
You do that a lot because these apps get complicated very fast.
It may not even be the app, could be you ain't on the right version of Windows for all you know
So don't be discouraged if you "Google" and not come up with the answers you seek.
You have to ask the right questions, just telling someone to look it up is disingenuous when it can lead you down a useless rabbit hole.
And no, you can't avoid this anymore. Everyone's workplace is getting more and more tech added to save time. So if you learn HOW to "google" you'll be a good spot.
And call IT less often, because when it's outsourced to India
