I use JIRA for our daily sprints. Filtering dashboards is simple and can be done right through the UI. You sure you just don't need to add the specific filter?
Anyway, for shyt like this you should have asked on stackoverflow right when your boss told you about it since it might take a couple hours to get real answers.

He’s right. It also makes it harder for the next black person when that company hired someone black who lied on their resume and overextended themselves. It’s a domino effect that makes it harder on the next breh/brehette. We already have enough barriers to deal with. There’s a difference between embellishing your resume and completely lying and over qualifying yourself. You will get exposed in IT doing that shyt.
