Nah fukk all that.

Hyping up Walt just to not reveal ANYTHING about his powers or what made him special?

Having Michael go through all that shyt and betraying the whole crew to save Walt just to LEAVE Walt and go BACK to the island to get his ass beat a few times and die senselessly? NEVER seeing or reconciling with Walt ever again? That was TRULY the unforgivable portion of this show for me. They SHAFTED the black character.

Having Sun AND Jin die and their child left an orphan?

The ham fisted way they incorporated Jacob and the Man In Black’s backstory and feud.

The Kate/Jack/Sawyer love triangle just being dropped after spending FIVE SEASONS playing that shyt up as a big thing.

NEVER explaining the “rules” or what the fukk the importance of following the guidelines was.

Don’t even get me started on the Flash Sideways shyt from season 6 being Purgatory. That shyt was just groan inducing.

:clap::clap::clap::clap::clap:

I have so much more I can add it's insane

You're looking for more than was ever there. There wasn't a plan so the answers were made up on the spot just as the plot threads were.

That's the issue with LOST. People expected more than it was ever meant to be because it was just all made up as they went along. I don't doubt there was an original plan but as the show caught fire they decided to keep running with it.

The show gets a lot of criticism for “making it up as they went along”.. that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Half the shows on tv are made up as they go along. What matters is the execution. Not every show needs to be planned out from beginning to end before they even start shooting as long as they have good writing. Seasons 1-4 were great. 5 was ok. The final season was a dud as a lot of other great shows fumble their last seasons as well (game of thrones, dexter, etc.). I’ve rewatched LOST a couple times and still found it enjoyable. Although I may have skipped the final season the last time I watched :russ:. It’d be perfectly fine stopping at the end of season 5 when it fades to white.

I remember always being stuck on Walt and how they just abandoned his whole character/storyline. Dude was "special" and the most important character and was "the key" and all this shyt..... Only to make one or two cameos after season 2.

When an excessive time isn’t spent thinking things through you’re gonna notice mistakes and abandoned plot threads as the viewer. LOST had all these complex theories and stuff when it was never that deep. Fans put more thought into LOST than the actual writers did.

I’m not criticizing them for making it all up as they went along I’m saying people should be able to admit that was the case. Once you admit that you can just turn your brain off and enjoy the show without all these expectations.

Lost seasons 1-4 is some of the greatest television ever made hands down. It was epic and different. Once you realized the show runners didn't have the story mapped out it started to go downhill rather fast. The last season and finale is horrific considering the lore they built and what they had to work with

Ok.. just started watching this

It took time to get through the first few episodes. I stopped when I saw the polar bears.

Started and getting through the seasons (24 episodes is crazy these days). Show is good but I do dislike the flashbacks for certain people

“From” got me here though… I still don’t know what type of show either of them are
