I don't see it happening right away either. Certainly not by this season, Jonah/Kelly have good chemistry together.

I know America Ferrara is the star and a producer on the show, but if she had any humility she'd see the chemistry and ask the writers to let Jonah/Kelly play out longer.

Write in a new character for the rest of this season and the 1st half of next for Amy to crush/date.

Garrett is one of the best characters on the show and isn't played for laughs or sympathy though

It's not like the other white characters are made to look super masculine in comparison.
