Me...the only thing I had given to me while growing up was the roof over my head and food (which I appreciate). At 14 I started paying for everything else myself...I didn't want to add on to the burden for my parents.

It wasn't on no selfish family shyt tho. The always took care of the essentials so when I got older I wanted to do my part. But it disgust me when I see my peers get shyt handed to 'em...cars, money for whatever.

my pop got married and moved in with his wife when i was 17,
told me it was time to bounce

he gave me until I graduated so I had a few months to prepare tho.
got a spot with my cousin and we been since then.



Now when he calls me telling me about them goin thru problems,
