Might be lack of Vitamin D, have you been taking any sun?
Well I work in an office and when I get home I'm inside so I dont get much. Maybe that could be one of the problems. I'll try to get in more sun now that I got some days off

i work 6 to 6 and i feel fantastic after 6 hours or so of sleep :ehh: only stimulant would be green tea
My diet is as follows

1 cup of Oats and 4 eggs in the morning
Lunch : Rice, vegetables and a chicken breast from a local food place
Dinner : Varies but usually the same thing as lunch

In between I'm snacking on peanuts or peanut butter sandwiches

I started drinking cayenne pepper with water but it's only been a couple days. I heard it's good for energy and heart health

  1. Make sure you dont have sleep apnea - Get a sleep study done.If you are tired form the minute you wake up it could be that you are not sleeping well enough. They might get you one of thoce CPAP machines or an oral appliance to sleep with to help you breath better.
  2. Take multi vitamins - I never used to take vitamins. Not even as a kid. My parents didnt believe in that shyt. Especially my father since he never trusted western medicine so it was juices and teas in the morning and that's it. But as of last year i finally caved in as my girl kept telling me to take vitamins and would even buy them and leave the at my house just to annoy the fukk out of me
  3. Take Vitamin B12 and vitamin D during the winter- I could be wrong on one of these having to do with winter but still take them.
  4. Get in the Gym. 15 minutes on the elliptical in the morning makes a world of difference.
Personally my problem is mostly with seasonal depression and lack of sleep. I havent been diagnosed but my ex who was a doctor told me she's certain i get depressed in the fall and winter. Once Springs comes around I'm all jacked up again.

Honorable mention: fukk more women. If your sex life is getting boring find you a sidepiece to get excited about and wear her out in the evenings a few evenings. Helps you sleep better afterwards and you wake up refreshed. Western women dont wanna hear that shyt but as a man you have your needs.

Interesting,:patrice: your diet dont sound bad at all, am assuming you are in your 20s and relatively active? i would go and check it out if the tiredness impedes getting through the day. it could be a lack of iron deficiency

Hm I do take a zinc supplement daily (50 mg). I've read some people say you should make sure you get your iron in to balance it out. I'll check it out
