Yall got any tips for brehs who feel tired most of the time ? I get around 6 hrs of sleep. Anybody like this ? What are some remedies ?
But my biggest problem right now is I should be sleep by 2pm and instead Im up til 3 or 4.
Drink more water. Down some water as soon as you wake up. Eat healthier. Work out.
Biggest thing is get your sleep every night. Alarm shouldn’t be waking you up every morning.
Also maybe get some blood work make sure you properly nourished
When you wake up, get outta bed. Don’t lay there awake
