I just hate how lethargic it has me on my off days. I have to literally force myself to do what I need to do or I will stay in bed all fukking day.that's still a bytch, i've done that shyt before too
back when i was still doin' that shyt, my sister called me 1 day and she was like "i feel like all you do when you go home is sleep"
i was like, "yeah, i work TWO DAMN jobs!"

I've set a goal for myself to be outta this city within a year so there is a reason for this insanity.
Everybody that I know has or wants a second job and I'm like
They can't know what they are asking for. My saving grace is I have no kids or this may have played out a lil differently.
When it's just you, you can make your own work schedule, but,the opportunity cost is definitely there
Just got in from working overtime. I can't do this shyt regularly. Me coming in at 11 & getting up to run errands in the morning was hard. But lately I been barely able to function. And when I wake up in the morning & I made my runs I can't go back to sleep when I get back. I'm awake for another 2-3 hours. When I finally do go back to sleep its for maybe an hour or two, then I gotta get back up & do some more stops. By the time those are all done, it's time to head back to work where I'm nodding off like a drunk.

i'm the same way too, i ain't got no kids and i thank god for that right now because i'm still not where i wanna be and there's still so much more i wanna do before i settle down

I wasn't bragging about it in my first post.
Overnight shifts get a bad rap.
Outside of the health/rest reasons, the rest is bullshyt.
You can schedule chores, social/love life around off days successfully.
It's just too bad the shyt doesn't stay that way.
I did 32 hours within 48 hours working doubles. 4pm-12am shift followed up with a 12am-8am shift. Then did the same thing the next day (currently at the time of this post). 16 hours of OT 
Check gonna look like trash though because of taxes, fukking up my cashflow and shyt
