im bulking but im not trying to do that bullshyt bulking (eat w/e you want and lift crazy) like ive done in the past.

Had a crazy cut this summer (dropped from 207 to 183) and im looking to add clean muscle and only the fat I need. Meaning im staying away from all the pitfalls I usually get into when bulking (peanut butter, over eating, too many cheat meals).

You should look into the EC stack

  • Don't do HIIT while taking it. Skip the ephedrine if you want to do HIIT.

actually i do jucing... ..yeah.. not what you think :troll:

green juice with a juicer.. i replaced my breakfast with 2 glass of green juice (mix with carrots and beets)
plus no process food and carbs only before i train..
i started 13 days ago(training 10 days ago).. lost about 8% BF


also i should mention i always trained from time to time.. i own the following at home
power cage
320 pounds of military weight + bars
100 pounds of regular weight
elliptic
bench

beofre i lost the 8% i gained about 4% from abusing sugar in a sugar rage after quitting my job :yeshrug:

Its almost winter which means bulk season is in effect. Me being a hard gainer I can eat what ever I want

im done w/ that bulking/cutting shyt.

I eat healthy...and when I want some junk food ill eat it.
When I need to drop a few pounds ill do a IF and keep it moving.

When you guys say you're never bulking again, does that mean you guys are okay not gaining anymore muscle mass?

my chest seems to always be bulking no matter what the rest of my body is doing :aicmon:

When you guys say you're never bulking again, does that mean you guys are okay not gaining anymore muscle mass?

If you eat at maintenance or a very small surplus (like 1-250 calories) you can do what they call a body recomp, where you may slowly lose fat/gain muscle. Many argue that it doesn't exist though.
