You can find collagen at Walmart and other spots. Biotin breaks me out but I think you gotta drink more water with it.

I experienced no side effects on this shyt beside a ashy ass face. But if you get you that sheabutter beard moisturizer and conditioning kit or a beard oil you be straight.

I been taking this shyt for the longest. Everyone different dough I was tryin to tell nikkas bout this shyt last year.

My joint is simple I applied twice a day 1ml in the morning and later in the evening. Then I'd apply beard oil to avoid the drying because the alcohol in the minox will dry your skin. The main thing is consistency. I also experimented with 10% minoxidil (Tugain) because most minox products are 5% which is more than enough. I used foam at first than switched to liquid.

I got solid results I would suggest doing your own research on it and see if it's for you.

Only the fast heart beat is true ....but it's not rapid fast it's just a lil boost lol it's more like u can feel it seeping into your stream lol

Nope. I could only do a goatee for the longest, but once I turned 30. Everything else started growing in place. Though the area connecting my sideburns to my goatee isnt as full/wide.

Unfortunately, as my beard grew in. My hairline gave out
