That's good to know. Somebody already scooped up that 07......probably a sign that I should wait. Main reason I want one is that I've always wanted a super sport and also to have something to take to the track and to do some canyon carving. The Street triple would handle that well, I'd just prefer a more aggressive stance when doing that stuff and keep the Triple with the more relaxed ergos for commuting/fun around town. I'm gonna get a cruiser myself in a couple of years.
Yea i feel you but that Triple will probably fly on that track too.. I never got to ride any tracks yet, I know there’s a track school and wheelie school in my area that I want to try out ..

The riding in Florida is so boring though
Please explain how riding up and down south beach and around 95 is more boring than riding around the flat land ass Midwest :gucci:

Yea I guess I would agree with that statement. I just found riding in Florida extremely boring, no mountains no hills just straight aways. I use to tow my bike to North Georgia,TN and NC just to get some windy roads. I guess I'm spoiled because I started riding in the NW with lots of mountains roads. That the one thing I hate about Florida. I finally moved to a place with year round warm weather and mountains

There's spots in the midwest you can ride. I was just looking at popular Midwest motorcycle routes. From what I see, it's upper Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. :patrice:

Nah that's facts, I was pretty active on the scene last year so I definitely enjoyed myself riding around Chicago. I'm just saying I've been riding in SoFlo as well and it's a good time too. No chase state so law be humbled while I'm acting a fool in traffic :youngsabo:

I'm not sure if I want a Sports bike or cruiser. I been eyeing the scout bobber heavy. I'm thinking that 1st, then a Hayabusa for my 2nd bike

I'm surprised no one here has mentioned Indian. Them Indian Challengers would be my 1st buy 'cruiser' for long road trips

If you're thinking distance rides then yeah cruisers are probably the way to go. I love my ZX so much I parked it in my crib but after a couple hours you are ready to get off and relax for a minute.

As for the busa, shyt is heavy as fukk. 1000s are just as fast until you get to the very top end but they're a lot lighter feeling. Honestly I always recommend 600s. Ive had mine for 6 years now and I have not gotten tired/bored of it yet. It's so much shyt you can do with a 600 especially in curves. Personally not going up to 1k till I can consistently drag my knee on the ground in turns.

Busa would be right since I'm a big dude. 6' 245. The busa would be for streets and long rides.

Finally decided to try and drive my motorcycle to work yesterday. My longest trip on a motorcycle outside of driving to the nearest gas station or just around the block.:whew:

Shifter lever broke off halfway there so i had to drive back home in first gear going 15 mph the whole time with the hazards on. :francis:

Seems we have a few squids here…slow bike fast // fast bike slow as a beginner. I smoke heads on my track ready sv650 when they on liter bikes. Proper training will also save your life. If you want p*ssy get a Harley. If you track get a sport bike that simple

thinking of a getting an MT-07 for my first bike....
Love the look of a naked bike...
heard it's a solid starter bike that's good for very tall riders (unless I heard wrong)....
Unless y'all have better suggestions for starter bikes (open to all types of bikes; but partial to naked, dual sport and ADV bikes).
Seriously, I'm the rider equivalent of a damn white belt; help me :sadcam: lol

Also looking for social media channels that cater to Black ppl, or at least isn't littered with blatant white supremacist BS....
Just want tips/tricks/bike reviews without a fukkin 3 Percenter flag in the background or MAGA references.... smh
