Any Mass Gainer Shakes that Don’t Taste Like Garbage Or Will Make Me Feel Like shyt?

Just googled it. Serving size is 25 if you only use one scoop per, but id use two per, so one shake a day for 12 days, $50 plus whatever shipping would be...ouch that is high.

2 scoops would give me
200cals-4g carb-40g protein-2g fat- bunch of random vitamins. :patrice:



Lactose free milk about 4dollars
Frozen mixed berries about $10/6 servings so lets add two here $20
Great value vanilla yogurt about 2.50/6 servings- add two here $5
Oatmeal $4
Peanut butter $3
Olive oil $8
= $44. Am i missing something here?
Always interested to know what your macros are in needing a mass gainer.

So you was 220 before quarantine? So 4000 cals would make you gain weight at 200?

No, I was 205 at the end of May, June came and I dropped 18 (down to 187). Back up now to 202 and counting. :ahh:


For me, 4000 calories is probably a small surplus. Last body fat test from March estimated my RMR @ 2145 calories (I was 211 on test day). Add in energy for daily activities & going to work, workouts (currently doing 5-7 full body workouts a week at 2-2.5+ hours a pop), occasional cardio, and yeah, 4,000 is probably a small surplus or even maintenance level.


When I was at my biggest in 2018 I was doing two full servings of Serious Mass-type gainer (2500 calories total), eating at least 3 squares a day, snacking, drinking a gallon of water or more and still started losing again (went from 213 to 203 again). Was squatting 5-7x a week back then too, a little cardio, and sometimes doing lifting two-a-days.

Always interested to know what your macros are in needing a mass gainer.

Dont need it perse, i just want to use it for an extra easy meal near the end of the day. I hate eating, the easier it is to gulp down a 'Meal' the better.

Macros at 196-200 to gain from here, for me, is around 3170 cals, 400 carbs, 160-180 protein, 100 fat. I DONOT follow this to a letter like i should though. I rarely come close to hitting this consistently.

Edit: oh, and i get bad acne when i consume lactose, which is why i was asking for a lactose free gainer or whey

So 3500-4000 cals, 250 protein would definitely make you gain weight?

Im not sure what youre getting at, but considering maintenance for me is 3k calories, and no where near that amount of protein. That gets to me atleast to a consistent 205-210

:mjlol: Don't take what I'm stating the wrong way bruh. I'm genuinely curious.

:mjlol: So you maintain 200+ with 3k and how much protein? So 250 grams of protein would be sufficient for someone who's like 225-250
