an actual american pit bull terrier... although i love the look of that bully and also the last one is the friday 2 dog lol.. never knew exactly what that was

but yea, straight up pit.. my homegirl actually tried to give me a free staffordshire but that's the one my LL said i couldn't have.. thought i'd fool him with the name until he googled it lol.

are they all in the same family or are most of the others just knockoffs to the real american pitbull

Ok breh , am give you some advice , read up on the breed and the history of the breed and be sure these are the dogs you want but you seem to be semi sure, i thought u was going to say a blue one , second thing is finding yourself a good reputable APBT breeder is hard, because the guys that breed and "work" ( read fight) there dogs still keep there blood lines secret and only among family and friends. Still IMO these dogs when bought from the right person and taken care of properly are the best dogs in the world. Anyways like i said finding a good breeder with the quality you want from a dog is hard , you want to stay away from breeder who still breed ONLY "game dogs" that means dog that genetically are still bred to be VERY dog aggressive, these dogs will ALWAYS have though, just at different levels

BTW am paraphrasing like hell and trying to keep stuff simple, but please read up on these dogs before you get one

so ppl breed for different things, some breed for game, some breed for conformation, by conformation i mean looks I.E naturally have muscles and fit the breed standard easily , them there are ppl that breed for other traits, Am save you a lot of work and give you the link to what i think is the best apbt breeder available to public , tom garner

Tom Garner kennels - your #1 source for the highest quality pit bulls available on the planet today

his dogs are not cheap expect to pay $1000-$1800 for a dog BUT when i tell you he breeds the best, he does, the other thing that's cool about him is that the guy knows TONS of info, he is down in North Carolina and he will let you go to down to his land and talk dogs with him, or you can call him up and tell him what type of dog your looking for , by that i mean in terms of temperament, he breeds ALL types of APBTs. dogs with a lot of fighting blood in them, dogs with big bodies on them athletic dogs, "pet" dogs. Good thing about him is that he ALWAYS has puppies ( a lot of other apbts breeders look down on him for that ) , if you go to his puppy page now i believe he has something like 5 litters of pups that were just born in june, if your interested in any just read about them and there parents and call him up with questions or even ask me i know a bit , I will be getting my new dog from him around this time next year cause he is one of the few high quality breeder who ships too and his dogs come with all there papers

i rescued my dog from the Animal Rescue League in Homewood in PGH. cost was $80. i am very lucky to live in an apartment building that allows dogs. :dog: was abandoned in wilkinsburg by someone who most likely bred him for fighting. he could never do it.. too sweet and loveable, probably why i think he either escaped or his owner tossed him in the streets :sadbron: it hurts me just to think about it. :sadcam:

i remember when we went to the shelter me and my girl were not even looking for a pit. we didn't feel like dealing with the bad rap. we were looking for a rottweiler or something similar. but we kept passing by this little baby blue boy with bleeding fukked up nails, infection, no bark because he'd lost his voice, skinny as could be. and every time we passed by him he would look at us :sadcam: and we thought maybe he needed a chance. every time we walk through the neighborhood dudes offer money and breeding :childplease: opportunities for :dog: and they say things like "you don't get blue from the pound" and also discuss how hard Bubba is. he's come a long way. i would never get another breed of dog now. we're looking for a house with a yard so he can have a brother or sister.
