Am I the only one who thinks that Anthony Davis actually doesn't and never wanted to be traded? That Rich and Bron filled his head up with dreams of grandeur and now that the trade didn't happen AD is just like whatever...

Think of Rich and Bron as like the icing on the cake.

Some players value living in a big market more than winning. AD is one of those people. It's his right.

He absolutely wants out of New Orleans and he absolutely wants to live the high life in a big time city (with LA being his top choice).

According to NBA insider Chris Mannix, Ainge is going to pursue a Davis trade whether Irving sticks around in Boston or not.

“From what I understand, they’re not going to take their foot off the gas when it comes to pursuing Anthony Davis,” Mannix said on The Crossover podcast.

Knick did all that tanking for Zion/AD, KD, and Kyrie. They may miss on all the big FA. They may get desperate. Celtics got the best young, cheap player to trade in Tatum.
