This is reductive reasoning.
If both sides were playing by the rules, and the GOP won because they had a more qualified candidate (whom wasn't a convicted felon), had more foolproof policies and ran a campaign that was more truthful and morally-just than the other side, and the DNC lost, then of course, the dems would need to bear the blame for losing.
But that is far from the case.
The weight of responsibility should fall on those who propagated those lies that allowed Trump to even be a candidate in the first place.
I forgot to address this.
The DNC should never have expected the other side to play by the rules. That's my point! If the excuse is, "the other side didn't play fair" then the DNC are suckers and frankly don't deserve to win. Say they would have won, then got bullied by other countries who also don't play by the rules by the way, would they then say "well it's not fair, Iran, Russia, China is not playing by the rules...". There are literally TRILLIONS of dollars on the line (this is not hyperbole), billion dollar deals are being cut, hospitals and schools being bombarded, people can't afford to pay rent or to eat...
And you're talking about "we lost cause the other side is not playing fair and the people are too dumb to see it"
This is not an election to become class president. DNC should have BEEN on
time since the beginning...
