people, including myself, were disappointed in the fact hes not a #1 we thought him to be. I still think hes not really a #1 , but he's made some great plays this season and has become a great possession receiver that alex goes to on third downs.

Prior to this game the Cards are the 4th ranking passing D in the league, nothing to sneeze at. We made the Cards look bad with good gameplanning. But like I said, our offense was a well oiled machine, our WR's played great, out O-Line played well (I blame the sacks on Alex too), and our running game was solid. But let's not discredit the Cardinals D, they were good all season. I think this was Alex Smith's best game, he made multiple reads, he took low risk throws and protected the ball, now I don't think he's the long term futue, but there's no reason why we can't win a 'chip if he plays like this. Smart, efficient and with confidence in our receivers, especially Crabtree and Moss.

Zonas a good fukking defense look what they did in their first 7 games against qbs man

Give Alex some credit here he played very well.

Also 12 tds in 8 games, on par for mid 20s

Nikkaz love to use stats when they're convenient.

Look at the juggernaut offenses that Arizona's D faced:

Seahawks, Dolphins, Rams, Vikings, Eagles, Bills. The only good O they faced was the Pats. They're a decent D but not top 5 by any stretch. They have a good D line and that's about it.

Solid game by Alex but lets not act like the Cards D were world beaters...

I don't like Alex smith and I'm a life long niner fan he had a good game alot of short passes and he holds the ball way to long but we 6-2 so it's all good

Damn.... So niccas STILL got shyt to say about Alex The Great, even when he wins....... Smh..... No one thought the Cards were world beaters, but they were a solid team. We made them look more garbage than they really are. That's a sign of strong play and good players/teams. Just accept it and keep it moving.
