How do we know they didn't have their body cams on?

How do we know they didnt just erase the footage because it didnt fit their narrative?

They wouldn't have fired those cops and they wouldn't have given a shyt about body cams not being on if they were positive that he shot at them.

There was absolutely no reason for breh to randomly buck at them people, breh sounds like a supporter of the police, he literally fed them for free all the time. Held community bbq's for them out of respect.

None of the evidence shows that breh would just start shooting at them.
I really want to hear from witnesses.

You can’t see a pepper ball in that vid, all you can see is dust kick up, which would happen if a bullet hit the ground too.

"We are providing this information because we have made a pledge to this community to be transparent," Schroeder said. "The video appears to show Mr. McAtee firing a gun outside of his business door as officers who are using pepper balls to clear the Dino's lot were approaching. The video does not provide all the answers, but we are releasing it to provide transparency."

David McAtee shooting: Did Louisville man shoot at police officers?
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...ho-knew-him-his-fatal-shooting-doesnt-add-up/

I’m a transplant here, and I don’t live on that side of town and have rarely been over there after dark, so I might not know as much about the area as folks who were raised here. But like Councilman David James said in that Washington Post article, there is no way in hell LMPD would’ve rolled up with the National Guard on my side of town just to disperse a crowd after curfew. I haven’t seen not a damn cop or any National Guard out here at all after curfew, and the cops that live in this neighborhood have all been missing the past few days.
Regardless of whether he fired a shot or not, this is on LMPD and the National Guard. They created this situation by even going over there heavy handed to begin with. This shyt is their fault.

Much better than any local coverage of the incident. Especially since one news channel reported that he fired first, though the reporter who said that was the same one (Natalia Martinez) who was called out on social media about bullshyt, pro-LMPD reporting on the Breonna Taylor case.

Really good recap of what happened. Breh’s death was absolutely the result of the cops dangerously breaking from protocol. At the very least, his family deserves a large wrongful death settlement.
