I still want to try Nigerian food. I've had Ethiopian, which was the popular thing in my area when I was in college, I've had Senegalese, and I liked them both, but I've been wanting to try yam pottage and foo-foo and pepper soup since I first read Things Fall Apart as a teenager.
That book also encouraged me to try roasted grasshoppers with olive oil and salt, and that was good, so I want to try roasted locusts with palm oil on them sometime.
