Neo. The Only. The One.
THE ONE
@Neo The Resurrected ONE Please keep the "babe" part. I wasn't rude to you there is no need to be rude to me. And I never said all that so idk what the argument is about. I said they are US citizens and even though it maybe be legal in there, it is illegal here and doesn't make them immune from their actions online.
Ya'll got more sass for me that the actual pedos. Smh
I'm arguing against ignorance. Pedophilia is wrong, no doubt about that. Whats there to argue there?
Now can an American be prosecuted by US prosecutors for crimes committed in Thailand?
No. It's that simple.
Y'all want the freedom to say things that ain't factual and then when somebody says "that isn't true", you act like someone is harming you
I'm just saying that what you stated is incorrect, nothing more nothing less.
And you can't be prosecuted for posting a video of you sitting down talking next to a girl. There are no laws against that.
Prosecution isn't based on folks emotions regarding a situation. It's based on laws that have been written and whether you can prove that someone violated that law or not. And US laws have no jurisdiction in Thailand or wherever they are.
In fact, American prosecutors prosecuting someone for crimes committed in Thailand would be an insult to Thailand. That would make it look like they have no sovereignty. It would literally create an international controversy.
