Really though he doesn't need a Bankai. If you don't know the true nature of his power beforehand you're already under it's spell. And even then once you do know you're under it's spell you still can't determine how it's influenced you. It's such a broken power. One of the only powers in fiction that's even more broken is Yhwach's The Almighty which was the ability to know all possible futures and push you towards his desired future and the ability to become immune to any power he understood which the The Almighty would let him see.

Say what you want about the series, but power wise Bleach characters are on a whole nother level compared to most non-DBZ/DBS anime

Nah thats false. The possible futures Ywach was talking about was when he was talking about Ichigo changing his destiny. Though he can see all possible futures.His true ability described in the chapter after is simply manipulating the future. Everyone gets this wrong even though it doesnt make sense even in context of the fight. Also he doesnt just become immune to any ability he can also turn it against you. Ichibe turned him into an ant and the almighty ressurected him in his human form and Ichibe literally blew up.

Bleach on a whole nother power scale

The final boss of Bleach was so powerful that there was no logical way he could be defeated. He was basically all knowing yet still lost because of a very poorly explained blindspot that Ishida was completely immune to his power. Not even really sure why he was immune to it. The whole thing felt like a complete asspull.
