A2 milk for me (i'm not lactose intolerant, just A1* intolerant). then cashew milk and third is almond milk.

*The main difference between regular milk and A2 milk is that regular milk contains both A1 and A2 (forms of beta-casein), whereas A2 milk may contain only A2 beta-casein. According to some studies, A1 milk may trigger certain diseases, whereas A2 milk is generally beneficial to overall health.

Oatmilk for me:wow:

Oatmilk for my lattes and homemade ice cream :ohlawd:

I'm embarrassed to say that I only just discovered oatmilk last year. Cheap, healthy, I like the taste, and it's a million times better for the environment. I like the taste of almond milk just fine (and environmentally it's still far better than cows) but the water burden of almonds is incredible in California and is helping tear the state apart in the water wars.

A single couple's business empire is using more water than every household in Los Angeles combined and their almond business is a big part of that:

Meet the California couple who uses more water than every home in Los Angeles combined
I like Oatmilk, but my wife hates it for some reason.

We drink coconut milk.

my own research. when i saw a2 milk on the shelf in publix and read the carton, i said i'll try this because i know i'm not lactose intolerant (can eat cheese, ice cream, etc) so there must be a reason why i'm having stomach issues when i drink regular milk. then i googled and found articles like this:

You're drinking the wrong kind of milk

shyt it might all be nonsense, but it's not simply a2's marketing when it comes to me, it works. i can drink cow milk with no issues.

but if you all don't have holstein cows in the UK and you still can't process the milk then you might be lactose intolerant.

no. 1 problem: anyone who speaks out against the grain oe "norm" is labeled a conspiracy theorist, which has a negative connotation. a lot of this crazy stuff is hidden in plain sight

Like pharmaceutical companies also controlling food production
