the donors are the problem
Knowing the facts let's me know that it isn't something to focus onYou said less than 1% of athletes were trans. Why did you quote the percentage if you don’t care?
It's hard to say. I think an Oprah type could potentially win but she would really have to play the game and support certain right wing ideas like Lower Taxes and strict Immigration. Basically some of Trumps talking points but with class.Do you think a woman or black person could win?
I feel like ant Dem that isn’t a straight white guy will be seen that way no matter what they do.
What percentage are you comfortable with then if you listed that 1% was below your threshold?Knowing the facts let's me know that it isn't something to focus on
People keep saying this but it’s a scapegoat.the donors are the problem
honestly, 2024 was more of an anomaly than any kind of "formula"You purposely enjoy the Dem party being this weak. And want to stick to a formula that clearly doesn't work.
I will point out the flaw in your argument. See, if there is only 1% who are trying to do it, then why are the Democrats so willing to lose elections over pushing their support for them? If the issue should be considered unimportant, than why is it so important to the Democratic establishment? It's up to the states to decide. Way less than 1% are competing in college level sports much less grade school.
Your obsession with them makes me think you are fighting urges![]()
Democrats play identity politics. They do so to not focus of economics because the only logical way to turn is to side with progressives.I will point out the flaw in your argument. See, if there is only 1% who are trying to do it, then why are the Democrats so willing to lose elections over pushing their support for them? If the issue should be considered unimportant, than why is it so important to the Democratic establishment?
The same argument you use to shut people up from focusing on the issue and asking the Democrats to stop pushing it, is the same argument that can be used against the Democrats that seem so focused on defending the mentally ill males' desire to compete with females. The arguments works on both ends of the spectrum.
If they are too few in number to worry about for the naysayers, then they should also be too few in number to push forward as a major concern by the Democratic Party. Especially when the Democrats need to stop being seen as the party of abject deviancy.
Sounds like Bothsides talking points.
