the bottom line is the FUTURE can only work in a socialistic society. Too many jobs will be lost to automation and the only way the economy can exist is if the top 1% are taxes astronomically and the funds are given directly to citizens and a stipend to live.
Resources will be allocated in two tiers. Basic tier which gives everyone a middle class wage for simply existing and enjoying their life. Innovative tier which scales the wage based on what the individual is pursuing.
What this does is create a "golden age" where most citizens are no longer slaves to the hourly wage. They spend large amounts of money keeping the economy growing. Innovation is automatically invested in. The 1% are still the richestand most powerful people in the world.
Any other system is paramount to slavery and will crush the economy because no one will have money to spend.
This guy gets it.
The 1% will stay the 1%, except the gap between them and everybody else will only grow with them hiring automation instead of workers.
People really out there thinking (and voting) these people shouldn't be the ones taxed harder to help everybody else out (the 1%'s will benefit as well)
Some of them can literally afford to run some countries. Jeff Bezos right now has more total wealth than Croatia and Nigeria. Can you imagine how much this dude and other folks like him are going to be worth when automation really takes off?
We're expecting to see somebody become a trillionaire in the next decade and be right up there with Singapore's total wealth. But folks think that dude shouldn't be giving back?
shyt is mental disease at some point, it really is.
