That's true. Zero charges have been filed. 3 months in prison and 3 months under house arrest with no charges.

It's how Romanian legal system works.
They can arrest you and hold you during the investigation even if you haven't been charged with anything yet. All they have to do is show a judge enough evidence to keep you in jail.

The thing is that there's a very good reason their legal system works like that, Romania has problems with people going there to do illegal shyt and leaving once they get caught. They don't have extradition deals with other countries so once you leave they can't do anything to you.

Andrew understands all of this, it's literally the reason he chose that country to set up shop in. He figured that if he ever got caught, his money would allow him to get away with anything there, he's mentioned this publicly before.
