This is the smart play. I mean he has a long road back to where he was but this could be a start and now he could be a Mayor or in state legislature or something and start over building his rep back.

Nah he’d have a shot if there weren’t pictures of him ass out, out there. Wherever he tries to compete, the a$$hole he runs against will have those photos come out as a friendly reminder to the populace and then it’s curtains for him.

People are very forgiving and love a come back story. Not saying anything I suggested will be easy but this admission is a step in the right direction. I thought he might go on some apology tour and not even acknowledge his gay activities. So props for meeting that mark.
