He could, yes. But he would surely lose. Look up what it takes to win a defamation case as a world famous politician and get back to me. A dictionary definition =/= legal reality. The 1st amendment is really fukking strong, especially in regards to politicians. Also, its a bad look for politicians to go after private citizens like that. Read a legal blog, or look at case law regarding libel. Webster's ain't gonna cut it, son.
