The ability to file suit don't mean shyt breh. I can file suit against you right now if I have your name and address. As a politician he would have to show the publisher had actual malice. Which is a very high bar to reach. Every state laws are different laws but this is pretty much standard. Political attacks that are published are most likely not going to found to be done under malice in the US courts.

This is why politicians don't sue for defamation when lies are printed about them in the media. The suit will never be successful.

1. thandie newton's acting was awful.

2. they should've reduced the amount of women they focused on. feels like each character's story got 2-3 scenes and some stories left me thinking "so you'd really commit suicide over this?"

3. why didn't phylicia rashad character open the door with a key when the daddy got his kids & fighting started? why did everyone sit in the street yelling a good 15-30 seconds before the kids dropped instead of crowding around to catch them under the window?

4. phylicia rashad's character didn't even wait until those kids were in the ground to tell a crying kim elise's character it was her fault & to get out of her funk. then thandie telling her to get out of the house and go to an event. who shakes off their kid dying that quickly
