Shaq did that to Pippen back in 95.

Andre Drummond picks D. Wade's pocket twice in 45 seconds - YouTube
Drummond is the most athletically gifted center since the Diesel, straight freak of nature :leon:

Those two plays he made against Wade are what made me sit up and really start to paying attention to Andre. To actually be able to handle the ball and be that athletic is not even going to be fair when he puts it all together.

In two years he could be the best Big in basketball.

Him not getting 30 minutes a game is an abortion.

I like how he's being developed. Real slow, they aren't letting him get too big for shyt, he has to work hard for everything. Dude won't be a basket case like Howard and some other dudes

How the fukk did this dude slip all the way down to number 9?:damn:

He actually reminds me of Amare when Amare was that age.Except he's bigger and a better rebounder.I don't think he's as quick as Amare was, but he's better at using his body and positioning around the basket---especially in regards to playing D/defensive rebounding.

I don't think he'll really start to beast until his 3rd year in the league. If he's playing with a top tier/pass first pg by his 4th year in the league, I think he'll be one of the top 5 players in the entire league.......top 10 regardless.

I didn't think he'd be this good this quick. At UCONN he displayed little to NO offensive awareness. He wouldn't even BOX OUT! It must've been the culture/climate at UCONN for sure because that UCONN team severely under-performed all year.

UCONN coaches screwed him and jeremy lamb last season.

I always felt Drummond would be the best player in this draft. His size and athleticism is what screamed out to me. Drummond, if healthy, will end up better than pre back injury Dwight.

ehh, while I usually be the first to pin blame on coaches there was alot of shyt the players did to contribute to their demise, Shabazz really didn't get along with anyone(he's a much better player and person this year) and it's hard to have a team function when your PG is beefing with everyone on the team. Hard to say coaches could screw Lamb when the year before they put him in the position(he ran the same plays that every other good UConn wing before him did) to succeed and get all those props as a freshman when no one thought anything of him coming into that season. The worst thing that happened to them nikkas was winning a title as a young team, they weren't really prepared for that shyt.

He's actually 297lbs right now, they said it a few games ago during the broadcast.

His potential is top 5 player in the league, depends on if he puts in the work and focuses on the low post. There isn't a better "blank" sheet of paper in the NBA right now, his combination of speed, agility, hands, coordination and sheer weight don't come along very often. The thing that sets him a part from the DeAndre Jordan/JaVale McGee types other than 30lbs are his legs, his lower body is one of the major reasons why he rebounds so well. Once he roots himself in the paint he's difficult to move, same reason people have trouble backing him down.

The Pistons strength and conditioning coach has said they want him to add upper body mass, and Joe Dumars has been saying if he can get some Shaq like moves he could be unstoppable. I haven't been this excited over the development of a frontcourt player in a minute, especially if they're looking to pack on more weight and using Shaq as a template.

At bare minimum he would already be a double double guy this year if he got starters minutes, it's not a stretch to say he's better than Jordan or McGee already.
I dont think its a stretch to say he might be the best center in the league, he might be the most productive right now. He is a monster.
