Why would he be unhappy besides the dumb name change?

Not everyone can come in and be shot to the moon. Sometimes you gotta grind it out before you get that great program or ultimate top spot.

I'm not with Almas on this. Now if in, say, 3 years he's done nothing of significance besides lowly title feud here or makeshift feud there, then I will be on his side. But dude hasn't even been on the roster for a full year yet.

He’s 28-29 years old taken off tv and doing nothing for months at a time. I understand regular people like you and I would love to get paid to do nothing and finesse but he was a star in Mexico. He’s not a mark that needs to thank Vince McMahon for being alive, he’s the talent. These are the prime earning years that he’ll never get back.

There are just too many wrestlers in WWE right now for everyone to get some shine. They try to spread the TV time around and it results in nobody feeling larger than life or being a stand out and when they focus on only a few characters, the rest of the talent gets shafted.

People bring up the Attitude Era but they only had 30-40 on air talents at that time. They have more than that on each individual brand right now

Exactly, and the idea of funneling guys to 205/NXT to prevent a yes movement from ever happening again blowing up in their face due to competition

Bruh he goes weeks or months without showing up on TV.

That’s kind of false, the same people are on TV every week it’s not like they’re using the whole roster.

You are saying what I just said, just not the other part.

WWE either focuses on only a few characters at a time (like they are now) while everyone else gets the shaft or they try to spread things around and it results in nobody really getting over. I think they have TOO MANY wrestlers to really capitalize like they should. Sometimes less is more, as in the Attitude Era they had tighter roster so they were forced to make the most out of people and some really shined with the opportunity. I mean, there was a moment a year or two ago where Heath Slater was getting massive chants, but because they have too many wrestlers, they weren't able to capitalize on that moment whenever it happens with anyone.

3 years? They made Roman, Bliss, and Charlotte stars from the get go...wtf...grinding it out is dated. If you're good, that's it. Kenny Omega signs this weekend....if they grind him out for two years, that would be the wackest bull$hit ever.
