This dude is incredible. Unfair to compare him to others but I definitely see the Kendrick,D'Angelo comparison which is an insane comparison in the first place.

They're both from Cali. Various musicians played on both albums. Robert Glasper plays keys on this album for instance, and he played on TPAB.

Cali's resurgence has been great to see. Can't wait to see what all these dudes do next.

Bro he legit sounds like kendrick on some songs. Some of this album sounds like it came from TPAB sessions.

This album will have way more replay than TPAB to me. As great as that album was it's not really a fun listen

You realize that this dude has been putting out music before TPAB right? Just because you're just now hearing about him doesn't mean he hasn't been creating music in this same vein for a while now. And he's more of a singer than a rapper, so I honestly do not understand how people are coming up with Kendrick Lamar comparisons.

Was Venice influenced by TPAB too? That released in 2014
