I'm well aware of that, its why I specified the "definition/tone" comment in regard to their size AND height. During the playoffs Carmelo said he weighed 251lbs this past season breh.That being said. Don't assume that lack of definition somehow equates to lack of muscle/strength which is what it seems like you're doing. Having a larger layer of fat does not negate the muscle mass underneath. You realize that you ONLY get definition by burning fat, not building muscle. Not that this is the case here but two guys can have the same muscle mass yet one has on a fat equilvalent of a compression shirt and the other a sweater. Only cardio and high reps will cut you lean. This could be the case because they also create stamina which Lebron clearly has over Melo. Building muscle doesnt exactly make you stronger just bigger (its counterfeit). Its why bodybuilders will never have the strenghth of powerlifters that are the same size. BB grow muscle mostly, PL strenghthen it. The general rule with body sculpting is 4-6 reps to make it grow, 8-12 to increase its power and 15-20+ reps to define the muscle.

Back on topic (my bad) you're right he bounces guys off him but I've yet to see him bounce Melo off because its my understanding that they are quite close in size. Unless your saying Lebron weighs 270 which I strongly disagree on.

Why do they act like the spots and angles where bron operates from are the same? Thus far this season his approach to his offense is different. Thus far he has used the fadeaway more in the early part of the season than last year

ALL anabolic steroids do the same fukking thing - artificially boost testosterone. They don't do "all types of different shyt". It's just artificial testosterone. And adding testosterone makes you burn MORE fat, not less. It's easier to get skinny while on steroids, it's harder to drop weight when you cut them.

You had skinny-ass Tour de France cyclists taking steroids. They certainly weren't doing that to boost their mass.

Gronk lost 25 pounds with intermittent fasting, a radical diet change, and cutting weight training completely in favor of band workouts and yoga. Whether he went on or off steroids is irrelevant to that weight loss, because dropping steroids would make it harder, not easier, to burn off calories.

And you accused Bron of cycling off HGH, not steroids. Even after I've already proved to you that HGH cuts fat, so someone on HGH should be skinnier in the face, while you claimed Bron got skinny in the face by going off it.

He isn't getting up that high on most dunks anymore. He plays chill almost every other game and looks tired in the fourth often enough. Half of his games this season he's played 31 minutes or less. He's clearly aging.

This question is whether his skill set is one that can work with age. And it CLEARLY is. The bball IQ, the passing, the timing on the drives, the post-ups, the fadeaways, the stepback threes - he's been constantly improving his game and it shows.

In June 2016 you said Livingston looked better than Bron right then cause Bron wasn't skilled...that don't have jack shyt to do with longevity. :mjlol:
