Maybe I'm reading too much into it..but I think it may rub people the wrong way in regards to who he himself would nominate. I suppose that doesnt matter now though..if that came up during the primaries he would have gotten crucified

She's a bit of a mystery to me. On the outside she could be deeply religious person, almost cult like. But then she signed on this decision upholding a state lockdown using Jacobson v Mass. Basically saying the state could overwrite the constitution and force vaccinations. Therefore the state could violate the Constitution in a pandemic (The public good argument) I don't know what to think about her. She says she is a follower of Scalia and Scalia wouldn't have gone for this at all. Who is she?
