from the home of coca-cola, i'm not referring to s
Of course Khan is a better fighter than Algieri, but he isn't the HOTTER fighter right now.

Considering all of the limited options Manny has, Aligieri ain't that bad of a fight. He's fighting a dude that could potentially be a nightmare style for him. Is it the best fight? NO, but it's not the worst fight. That's actually happening this weekend on Showtime. :mjlol:

If Khan really wants to kick down doors and make a name for himself, he needs to fight a real legit threat and win. Keith Thurman is that fight.

:russ: at worst PPV fight match up in recent history. Aligieri is better than Robert the fukking Ghost. shyt, like Danny Williams vs Vitali wasn't ppv.

Khan/Thurman does make a lot of since.. especially since they are both currently Floyds #1 contenders for the WBA and WBC

Based on what? Winning a close decision over Ruslan, who's an ESPN level fighter himself? :banderas:

Algieri was a club fighter a few months ago. And now he has a shot at Pac. That's just Arum at his worst.

You can say that Danny-Rod is bad. Because it is.

But Danny isn't an ATG and PPV Star, and that fight his free.

Can't compare Pac-Algieri to Danny-Rod. Expectations are higher for Pac, as they should be.

Z list casuals are now coming out the wood work and hulking up with their shytty opinions ever since pat bishoff got the reigns @patscorpio

:camby:
They think hes the Khan from like 2010. This bum was done ever since Danny Garcia threw wild left hooks till one connected to win the fight.
Go rewatch the fight, this jobber Danny literally threw wild hooks till one landed :laff:
Collazo had the same plan but he forgot he aint got no fukking power. He stunk up the joint at the ppv too, stupid fakkit needs to get off my tv
.

This nikka @Mook has been on a rampage ever since pat became the Mod dissing posters and boxers with no regards for their stanbase:heh:

Miles ahead breh?? :comeon:

Miles. As in more proven.

Algieri's best win is Ruslan. Who in himself is a borderline nobody who would get figured out and has been figured out by most boxers.

Chino has wins over Karass, Broner, Josesito Lopez (ehh), Ortiz, and Morales (granted he was ancient)

Can't compare Maidana to Algieri. It's insulting.

AB is good. If he lives up to his potential and takes the sport seriously. His peak is either Floyd or Judah. Judah was more physically gifted than Floyd, but never locked in and got it done. Floyd was probably less talented than Judah but had that work ethic :takedat:

Broner is going to be one or the other. :blessed:

While I agree that Chino is ahead of Algieri, I wouldn't say miles ahead. Also, Floyd made that fight more difficult than it had to be. Look for a completely different fight next month.

People keep saying that, and I say I have to see for myself. I covered that fight on TheSweetScience and I posted this to a forum to see what people would say

http://www.boxingforum24.com/showthread.php?t=500108

"I was up thinking about it, and talking about it with one of my friends. And Maidana could be just what Floyd doesn't need right now. There's a difference between "smart pressure" and all out relentless pressure. Especially a guy with heavy hands like Maidana. If Maidana does come out there and crowds him for all of the fight. Floyd will get hit eventually. And while I know he can take a punch. He is getting up there. I'm curious as to how he'll look at 37. I know he looked good against Guerrero and Canelo, but age is a tricky thing. It can often just creep up on a fight unexpectedly. And If he's lacking in any area come May 3rd. He could be in for a long night.

thoughts?"

And they all said I was tripping :yeshrug:

If Floyd uses his footwork too much, it's going to backfire. His best bet is fighting in the pocket and tiring Chino out. Too much footwork is going to leave Chino with too much energy in the 2nd half of the fight.
