Broke Wave
The GOAT
Atlanta?
can't speak for those other cities, but Cleveland is not decaying, and it has plenty of middle and upper income citizens.
I don't think Atlanta or Baltimore fit your description either
I enjoyed my stay in Cleveland. Nice mix of everything, just not much to do.
I've been known to enjoy the company of working ladies here and there. Not in Jville though
I say no to ratchet p*ssy myself.
When were you here? Within the last 5 years the nightlife has improved immensely. 5 star restaurants, world renown breweries, night clubs galore. I'm actually surprised at how fast things have picked up.
He's right tho. He truly is. I know that and I'm not even into that sort of thing.
Just this past Saturday night, me and my homie got trolled by a tranny at the liquor store on the northside. We saw a female figure and were like "yo!" Turned around smiled and said "I'm a man."
June 9-12. Stayed downtown at the Embassy. Real nice room. Went to the Rock and Roll HOF and that science place next door. Kinda underwhelmed with both. I frequent the Science and Industry Museum in Chicago (which is dope as hell), so I expected a little more. Kinda hung out with the locals mostly, relaxed and chilled. Went to some little hood bar, about 15 min away from downtown, but I dont know what hood or what bar. We had a good time, never felt threatened.
I was lookin for Ray Cash. nikka is elusive.

If you stayed at the embassy, I'm surprised you said there was nothing to do. Maybe you were with the wrong people. Rock n roll hof has always been underwhelming to me, the science center is for kids. You woulda did better at the art museum. The next street over from the embassy, west 9th, has all the new nightclubs and bars, y'all shoulda gone over there.
those poorest/most dangerous cities lists are misleading. For one they don't take in to account, the cost of living. 40k in Cleveland is like 60-70k in new york.
second as you mentioned above they report the cities differently. All large urban cities have a large population of poor people. some cities like Chicago add in surrounding areas when coming up with these numbers. other cities like Detroit and Cleveland leave the surrounding areas out. In the actual city of Cleveland outside of downtown, most of it is the hood. But cuyahoga county or what they call The Greater Cleveland Area is not bad at all, in fact one of Cleveland's suburbs, Solon, is consistently voted as one of the best cities in America.
and beyond any of that, you said the city is decaying, which couldn't be further from the truth.

Bruh, I know you trying to rep your city and I understand and respect that, but stop.
Cleveland has been the poorest city in the U.S. and it ranks in the top 3 poorest cities every year. The poverty threshold used averages everywhere from NY down to Nowhere, ND and based on that. Cleveland has a 34% poverty rate.
2nd poorest city in the U. S. in 2010. Census shows Cleveland is the second-poorest city in the United States | cleveland.com
I know it was THE poorest city one of these years...probably more.
When I said the city is decaying, to be more specific, I meant it's suffering from urban decay Urban decay - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and it has for a while now just like many other post-industrial cities, particularly in the midwest like Detroit, Chicago, Gary, Flint, Memphis, Cincinnati, etc.
I don't doubt that there is growth in some parts of the city and in the greater metro area though.
