Buckhead was developing a bit of a reputation for robbing rappers. Just like this thread, nikkas in the UK are DESPERATE to let US nikkas know that they are real. These days a lot of 'hood' dudes want to rap and show off and they end up getting blessed with support slots - so the goons can pose and chit-chat backstage with the Yanks and Instagram and the streets are satisfied.
Some man manage to spin the brief interaction with Rapper X into a verse or two, but we all know that most US rappers are using us for the money and demographic and bouncing.
Back in those days, Tottenham was running things red and they had 'across the road beef' with hoods less than a mile or two from them. There's not much about Buckhead, we don't have Don Diva/F.E.D.S. out here so it's hard to find sources. As we say, the 'roads' or the streets know.
The point is that there is always a point where the rap game and the streets have to intersect - and that intersection can be anywhere from LA, to Paris, to London, Amsterdam, wherever.
