You're right and if you do get a affordable car a lot of times they are subject to being stolen as well. You would think the higher end cars get stolen the most but not really it's the kias, hondas, ford trucks. I know cats that drive old school civics and accords that have mfers eyeing them when they go pump gas. Those cars are reliable and easy to mod. Downside is they lack modern safety features and usually have more mileage on them.Of course people shouldn't extend themselves, but the economy car is disappearing. Damn near every new car at a dealership is 40K+ now. Those stimmy dollars had people acting reckless and made car companies even greedier. Gonna be a lot of pain on both sides now
