Where I live, I been noticing these homeowners are setting their rental property up as rooming homes.
motherfukkers have an entire fleet of cars parked everywhere.

I've seen,with my own two eyes, the downfall of Matteson and Calumet city.. Which was once a thriving white community..

But when nikkas from the city moved there, and brought their undesirable habits, the business started leaving along with the tax paying citizens..

On another note, the author of the article got it all wrong; America isnt like other countries where rampant poverty is in the burbs. Its actually in the rural areas. Places like Chester PA, and Newburgh NY are deathtraps.

Pretty much this. I've said this before and I'll say this again, the US is always some years behind Europe. The well to do in Europe live in the city proper, the poor are getting pushed out. Just look at Central London for example.

America was the opposite for a while. Buy a house in the burbs and then commute to the city. People are finding out they'd rather live, work and play in the city.
