Yea and his mother should’ve prepared him being in NY at that time. He was food and they jumped on him immediately. Still it was sad seeing her die like that and him having to grow up alone. I’m trying to guess who his father might be but don’t want to ruin it by guessing. I’m liking the show so far though. Looks like Wednesday been fukkin with Shadow’s life for a minute. Starting to see the New Gods point of view and how dirty these old gods are or at least Wednesday. Mr.Nancy was not having it with the bucket of chicken Wednesday tried to pull .

I was confused by the "arrival" scene. Did he know he was a "god" back when he was a teenager?
