America is 76% White. I'm honestly surprised by this...

There are a lot of flyover states in the US where almost everybody is white.
That said, the 2020 census did undercount minorities for various reasons (mostly related to Republicans doing it intentionally, COVID, and people not responding to the census because they believe conspiracies).

Correct.
In the long-run they'll overwhelmingly become Ted Cruz types. So I think it's fair to count them when long-term planning for the racial make-up of America
Many black people (likely at a higher rate than white people) don't fill out the Census, so it's definitely higher.
White non Hispanics is 60 percent aka Cacs don't get silly with "but but but spicy Latino etc."
