the wording of that is alil off....

Like it seems to mean... she was in engaged in detrimental conduct DURING her arrest...
Or in away, i guess it could mean... they found her conduct detrimental on the day (*when*) she was arrested for manslaughter

It just means that the fact she was charged with manslaughter is adverse conduct in itself and grounds for firing. Yall are reading too much into this. They are not admitting she is guilty of anything.

This is another thing that should have occurred within days of the incident. This is not a victory. This is them dragging this out until the last possible moment as usual.
