I'm more puzzled that people who grew up as, or around Christians are shocked by this, than by the actual public acts of forgiving.

What stopped them from going to her jail cell privately after the sentencing?
If they did want to truly forgive her they should've done it when it was between them and the Lord, not put on a show for the whole country and betray black people's trust and support.
Doing this made exonerated her in the public eye and she started to look like the victim when the Judge hugged her.
I'm sure if they met her in prison she would've cursed them out for putting her in there instead of using her fake white girl tears. I couldn't even watch the video in a single sitting because of how disgusted I felt.
I was also hoping that people were wrong about the judge being a c00n but she proved us right by embracing a racist demon who's dating a married police officer who himself murdered an unarmed black man.
