There's some really fishy stuff going on. Like why wasn't she required to give a statement immediately when police showed up. The same thing happened in the Mike Brown case. They gave the police officer weeks and weeks to craft his version of events. Take statements immediately. That's how you figure out if they are lying. By waiting, you allow the possibility of people on the police force leaking information to the accused cop about the investigation and then the cop formulates the best possible version of invents for themselves.

‘Testilying’ by Police: A Stubborn Problem
That's the whole point of delaying the shyt.

Figure out a story to tell that puts the best possible light on the cop given the existing physical evidence.

Frankly, if they aren't taking statements via cell phone / GoPro immediately after shyt like this, like literally when the cops show up to the shots fired call, I automatically assume theres a coverup going on. Zero trust.

This shyt is outrageous :mindblown:. Shes one of them tho... it will probably be some slap on the wrist type shyt if they find a way to flip it (and they will). We straight up live in the twilight zone smh.

This was premeditated. She had something against him and entered forcibly and shot him.
Stop believing the lies cacs frequently do, when something clearly doesn't make sense, it's not suppose to.
Lack of detail clearly shows this. How many doors are they away from each other? How did she gain access? Why is her first instinct to shoot before identifying?
All done premeditated. There no way in getting away with it, there was no suppose "crime" attached to it.
She did it while off work, she should be charged has a civilian.

I'm still waiting for the sleeping couple case.
Not familiar - could you link a breh :feedme:

I still feel like this is a hit and they're just using this as testing grounds to see how far they can cross the line.

She walked into someone else's home and shot the man living there and it's because she feared for her life?

:dead:
Shyt is so unbelievable breh.

Still can't wrap my head around this "story"...this shyt stinks something bad.

I hope the landlord got cameras in the hallways and shyt...or a brave fukking resident of that complex comes out with the real story (they'd probably need witness protection from the cops after that).

Might be the only way we ever figure out what really happened.

Dallas police seek manslaughter warrant against officer who killed neighbor
Dallas police said the officer called for help and told responding officers that "she entered the victim's apartment believing that it was her own."

She probably knew old dude. He might have smashed and dashed.

Only other scenario is that she was completely drunk. Probably not Murder 1 unless they dig and find a connection between the two. Either way, she needs to do some jail time.

She murdered him while in the commission of a burglary Isn't that capital murder?
Under Section 30.02 of the Texas Penal Code, a person commits the offense of “burglary” when he or she, without the consent of the owner does any of the following:

  • Enters a habitation (residence or vehicle that people are using to sleep in) or a building with the intent to commit atheft, an assault, or a felony, or
  • If they enter a habitation or building and remain concealed with the intention of committing a theft, an assault, or a felony, or
  • They enter a habitation or a building and attempt to or commit a theft, felony, or assault.
Under Sec. 30.02, the suspect does not have to fully enter a building or habitation for the offense to be considered burglary.

All the suspect has to do is place any part of their body, or any physical object connected to their body inside the building or home with the intention of committing a theft, a felony, or an assault for it to be considered “burglary.”
