uh oh.
"Stand Your Ground" law. Yeah, she gettin off. At worst a mistrial.
She'll have 100K donations in a GoFundMe by next week. smh
Breh calm down.. Have you been watching the trial?
Yeah the judge allowed the jury to hear the Castle doctrine as a defense for guyer but that was ripped to shreds by the prosecution by every point because he poised no threat, she said he came after her which is BS because you can see where his body dropped.
I even asked my brother for clarification and of couple of other my brehs on the force within last hour, this case does NOT fit the castle doctrine because SHE ENTERED his home, not the other way around and she ignored every sign it wasn't hers. Even if any juror believes her version, that's reckless on her behalf and should atleast warrant a manslaughter charge. The problem is convincing that one or two juror who may disagree with that.
I been a jury on a murder/robbery trial. You pick a foreman, and vote on the highest charge.. They deliberated for almost four hrs today, so either way after a few votes they are not unanimous which can be taken either way... It only takes one to hold out..
